Kim’s current responsibilities include oversight of the following programs and services: Recreation, Parks Maintenance, Parks and Trail Development, Libraries, Redding Convention Center and Public Art. Kim has a passion for helping to improve our community.
The CA Women Lead North State Chapter extends its thanks to Leslie

Scott, Shasta County Treasurer-Tax Collector-Public Administrator. The Recorder's office is responsible for examination, recording, and archiving of documents. The Assessor's office is responsible for discovering, classifying, and appraising all locally assessable property according to constitutional, statutory, and administrative requirements.
Leslie is a member of Soroptimist International of Redding, the Board of Directors for the CountyRecorders' Association of California, the Timber Advisory Committee for the State Board of Equalization and is active in the California Assessors' Association.
