Where is the conference taking place?

Is there parking available at the hotel?

Attendees are invited to park at the Disneyland Hotel parking lot at a rate of $18/day for self-parking or $28/per day valet parking.


Is there a discounted rate for the Disneyland Hotel?

Yes, we have a discounted rate of $269/night (plus tax and resort fees). Please use the custom link provided in your confirmation to secure your room.


Are there discounted ticket prices for the Disneyland Parks for attendees?

Yes, we have secured discounted ticket rates for the Disneyland Parks. Once you have paid for your registration, you will receive a link to via email to access the special CA Women Lead discounted tickets portal. If you do not receive this link within 48 hours of registering, please contact our team at 916.551.1920.


Are meals included during the conference program?

Lunch will be provided each day of the conference. Heavy appetizers will be served at the Appointee Reception.


Can I register for the Appointee Reception only?

Yes, individual tickets to the Appointee Reception only can be purchased at

Can I cancel my registration?

Tickets are nonrefundable but may be transferred as long as California Women Lead receives the name of the new attendee via email ( 72 hours prior to the event. Event fees are not transferable to future CA Women Lead events.
